Each of our products is sourced directly from the manufacturer, ensuring its authenticity and high-quality performance. These products are meticulously crafted, and we provide as much comprehensive detail as possible in our listings. Upon receipt of your product, we strongly encourage you to refer to the product packaging for a complete list of ingredients and usage instructions, which can vary from product to product. Understanding these details is essential for your convenience and safety. As always, we advise you to carefully read the label and follow the usage instructions provided with the product to ensure safe and appropriate use, products are taken solely at the customers own risk.
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday 12pm through to Tuesday 11am, or Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If your order is likely to have a significant delay, we will contact you via phone or email.

If in the event an item arrives damaged, please keep the product as it arrived and contact us via email on mywheysupplements@hotmail.com with pictures of the product and packaging, to start the refund or exchange process.
We make every attempt to validate the delivery address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognised as a valid address by Evri. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you [the customer] to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address the order will be cancelled and refunded.
My whey supplements are not held responsible if the customer provide the wrong delivery address and we cannot recover the package.

Deliveries are restricted to UK and mainland only, if any orders are placed that fall outside the areas stated the order will be cancelled and refunded.
